Enjoying the use of a magnificent indoor heated swimming pool, Street Farm Cottage is set in a quiet location adjoining the owner’s 16th Century farmhouse, on the edge of picturesque Fressingfield - within easy reach of excellent village shops, an inn and a first-class restaurant (500 yards).

There are plenty of local walks on the doorstep (maps provided) and the picturesque Suffolk coast is just 20 miles away including Minsmere Bird Reserve, Walberswick, Dunwich and Southwold. For shopping, the market town of Harleston is just 4 miles away, with Diss 10 miles, and Ipswich and Norwich both 25 miles.

Having recently been updated, the cottage has a large dining/living room with comfortable leather sofas, freeview television, video, DVD player and pine furniture. French windows open onto a private courtyard, ideal for a summer barbecue or simply sitting in the sun. For children there is a lawned area to the side of the property perfect for a kick around!

The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge and cooker. Outside is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer for drying off your swimming costume.

Upstairs the master bedroom contains a traditional metal bed, pine chest of drawers and wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and chest of drawers.

Outside there is a garage and off-street parking. Pets are welcome by arrangement and we provide a cot and highchair for infants on request.
