Fressingfield has a well stocked village shop selling local meats, fresh vegetables, pastries and other groceries. On Sunday you can walk to the shop and buy freshly baked croissants with your papers – what better way to spend your holiday?

Both The Swan public house and the Michelin starred Fox & Goose restaurant are within walking distance and open Tuesday through Sunday for food (menus available in the cottage on arrival). For takeaways or other restaurants Harleston is only 4 miles away.
