We believe in keeping things simple, so we only have six prices.

Weekly (7 nights) and weekend (3 nights) bookings start on a Friday, and mid-week (4 nights) bookings start on a Monday.
In the unlikely event that you do not wish to use the heated swimming pool, then you can even take further £100 off the weekly prices and £75 off the weekend/mid-week break prices.
Prices include electricity, oil and bed linen. Guests are requested to bring their own towels.
A Warm Welcome
Owners Lou and Niall like to greet guests personally and provide a welcome pack containing tea, coffee, milk, cakes and a bottle of local wine from Fressingfield's own vineyard on your arrival.
Loyalty Discounts
All our returning guests are offered a 5% discount off these prices. Furthermore, if
you book more than two breaks in a year you will receive 10% off your third break.
